Affiliate disclosure
No affiliate links are active today: every button goes to the vendor's official website and earns us nothing. If we later join an affiliate program, a link that can earn a commission will be labelled as one. Buying through it would cost you nothing extra.
How we mark them
- Buttons that use an affiliate link say “Try [tool]”, and the text next to the button says it is an affiliate link.
- Affiliate links carry
rel="sponsored noopener". - Buttons without an affiliate link say “Visit official website” and say they are not affiliate links.
Sponsored placements
If a vendor pays for a placement, it is labelled “Sponsored” on the card and page. Sponsored placements are kept apart from editorial recommendations. At the time of writing there are none.
What affiliate status does not change
- It does not decide which tools we research or recommend.
- It does not change what we say about pricing or limitations.
- We include tools with no affiliate program.
Current status
Affiliate links are stored in one data file, separate from the review text. Right now no affiliate links are active, so every button goes to the vendor's official website.
