Why did my automation run twice?
Find out whether it ran twice or ran once and made two records, then check five causes: broad triggers, shared triggers, loops, replays after timeouts and repeated events from the sender.
Why did my AI tool use credits so quickly?
Each step costs credits, features cost different amounts, retries are charged again, a pool is shared and credits expire. Run one small job and record the credits it used.
How do I avoid unexpected AI software charges?
Surprise bills come from renewals, usage above the plan, extra credits or seats, and taxes. Note the renewal date, find what happens at the limit and switch off automatic top-ups.
Why is my free plan not enough?
Ongoing free plans, free trials and one-time credits are different offers. Compare the limit with one real job, and check what the free plan removes.
How do I test an AI tool before buying an annual plan?
Run a two-week pilot on one real job with written criteria, three runs and a test of leaving. Pay monthly first when the annual saving is modest.
Why is my AI summary inaccurate?
Compare it with the source. Missing qualifiers, wrong owners and invented details have different causes, and quotes make them easier to catch.
How do I remove a product photo background?
You may not need to buy anything: Preview and Paint document a remover. Check the edges at 100% zoom before you publish.
How do I turn a call into a follow-up I can trust?
Record with permission, check the summary against the transcript, then draft from your own checked notes.
