What stays in your browser
If you use “Save” or “Compare”, the site stores the tool IDs in your browser's local storage (keys shortlist:saved and shortlist:compare). This never leaves your device and there are no accounts. Clearing your site data removes it.
What we do not do
- We do not set cookies of our own.
- We do not use advertising trackers or social-media pixels.
- We do not ask you to create an account.
Analytics
No analytics are configured on this deployment, so no page-view or click data is collected. If analytics are added later, this section will be updated.
Forms
The contact and tool-submission forms are not connected to any service on this deployment, so they cannot send anything and nothing you type is stored.
Links to other sites
Buttons that say “Visit official website” or “Try [tool]” take you to the vendor's site, which has its own privacy practices. Affiliate links may set tracking cookies on the vendor's or the affiliate network's domain after you click.
Hosting
Whoever hosts the site may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and requested page). The host has not yet been chosen; this section will name it once it is.
